  21. This is the second of the AMIGA CHATLINE ORGANIZATION's information packages
  22. to create "common sense" standards for chatlines. There is an explosion of
  23. new chat servers coming online. The days of being boxed in to 3 main chat
  24. networks has ended; But, AMIGA owners are completely unaware of this
  25. current "explosion" of chat networks. Here's a start to enter the New Age
  26. of Internet-Chatline communication. Please give serious thought to founding
  27. channels that promote learning and the Amiga. This "party" channels ONLY
  28. mentality is NOT one that We adhere to ! You may post ANY part of this
  29. archive on web pages;except for Chatlines-AmIRC, used by written permission
  30. from Olli Wagner. (Also submitted to Amazing Amiga magazine for possible
  31. publication.
